Welcome to Zoo Drop, operated by Your Skin Matters LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Zoo Drop app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
All content, graphics, logos, and software in the App are owned by or licensed to Your Skin Matters LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or its content without prior written permission.
The App offers optional purchases including consumable Golden Egg packs, a consumable Starter Pack, a non-consumable Remove Ads purchase, and an auto-renewable subscription service called Zoo Club. Zoo Club may be offered in monthly and yearly plans. The current price and billing period are shown before purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase and auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through App Store account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
Remove Ads is a one-time non-consumable purchase that can be restored. Golden Egg packs and Starter Pack are consumable purchases and are granted after Apple verifies the transaction.
You are responsible for any content you provide or create within the App. You agree not to post or share content that is unlawful, offensive, harmful, or infringes on others’ rights. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any user content that violates these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Your Skin Matters LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
